Our Smoked Fish products are packed chilled, not frozen, within insulated shipping containers, along with appropriate quantities of icy-cold gel packs for cooling of the product during shipment.
Smoked Fish is a perishable product that must be used, refrigerated or frozen soon after unpacking. It will keep for a number of days (up to 3 weeks) under refrigeration, but should be used promptly.
In the unlikely event you are unhappy with our product, you must contact us within
30 days of delivery for prompt replacement or refund of product.
